Jokes on me, home workouts do WORK!!!

Insert high five to me!! I ended my 3rd week of hitting the home workouts consistently! For two of the three weeks, I did five days the first week four days.
Moving my body 1000% makes my mood better! Yes, I want to look good, but feeling good that’s the sweet spot!!! Getting older an active lifestyle is a must for me!
I started all home workouts when Michael graduated and honestly was worried if I would be able to stay consistent with them. I was not on the best routine at the gym 3-5 days I was able to go. I was doing cardio the 30/12/3 tik tok trending treadmill workout ( highly recommend) but no weights.
Currently, I’m doing all free workouts on YouTube. I found Burpeegirl, her videos have some weights
and a lot of bodyweight
movement. When I first did her video I laughed the movements were funny , the joke was on me I was sore the next day!! All those arm movements were felt!!
